Kinkeroo is designed for discretion. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it’s used, and your choices.

What we collect

Kinkeroo does not require an account and does not collect personal information like your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.

If you use the pairing feature, Kinkeroo stores:

  • Your quiz responses (e.g., yes / maybe / no)

  • A pairing session code used to link you with your partner

These are stored without direct personal identifiers.

What we use the data for

We use the stored pairing data only to:

  • Enable pairing between two devices

  • Sync quiz answers between partners

  • Show shared results inside the app

We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

Where data is stored (Supabase)

Pairing and quiz-response data is stored on secure servers hosted by Supabase (a managed database and API provider). This information is stored only to support app functionality.

Purchases

If you buy an in-app purchase, payment is processed by Apple. Kinkeroo does not receive or store your full payment information (such as your credit card number).

Data retention

Pairing sessions and stored responses may be kept until they are deleted as part of normal app maintenance. We may delete inactive pairing data periodically to maintain privacy and system performance.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your data with third parties except service providers required to operate the app (such as Supabase), and only for the purpose of delivering the app’s features.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to help protect stored data. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

Kinkeroo is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your choices

You can stop using Kinkeroo at any time. If you want pairing data removed, you can reset/unpair within the app (if available) and/or contact us.
